Payment & Shipping Policy
At Bursana, we have partnered with reputed courier services to make sure your product reaches you in the least possible time. Shipping within India is charged at a flat Rs. 125 per piece.
We ship to all Pin codes which are serviceable under COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method with our courier partners..
We strive that your product reaches you within 15 working days of placing the order, but based on availability of products and the time required in creating the pieces you order, shipping times may vary from product to product.
Shipment delivery happens between Monday through Saturday: 9 AM to 7 PM. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters, weather conditions, strikes and such.
We at Bursana understand that our customer can change her mind about a particular order and allow cancellations subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Cancellation will not be accepted once the product is dispatched.
No cancellations will be entertained for bespoke or made-to-order or customized products.
Bursana reserves the right to cancel or withhold an order(s) if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity. Order(s) will be released only after successful authentication..
Bursana offers exchange of items that may have been damaged in transit or if a wrong product has been inadvertently sent to you.
We must be informed within 12 hours of receipt of the order along with a photo of the damaged or wrong item to our email id email@example.com
Bursana will validate an exchange request via a phone call. Upon satisfactory validation, Bursana will send an email with all the relevant details like return shipping address etc. to initiate a return.
In case of International returns if Bursana incurs a cost for any return package, the amount will be payable via bank transfer before we dispatch the replacement order.
The return shipment should reach us in 4 days (domestic buyers) or 7 days (international buyers) of our sending the authorising mail. To ensure that the package reaches us safely, please use reputed courier service companies and keep the AWB and documents till we acknowledge receipt. We will not be held responsible if the package shipped by you is lost in transit.
Once we receive the package, the returned product will go through an internal quality check process. Once the QC is OK, we will immediately send you a replacement of your choice. In case the item chosen by you is priced more than your original order, the difference in price will be payable as COD.
You may also opt for store credit (valid for 2 months) if you do not find anything you like or if the original item is out of stock.
Exchanges on account of dissatisfaction with product received
Bursana at its sole discretion may accept the return and extend store credit valid for 1 month or provide any replacements or exchange if a product is returned on account of dissatisfaction at the customer’s end. Such requests must be brought to our notice via firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of receipt of the product but does not automatically make it incumbent upon Bursana to accede to requests.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bursana assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content available on or through the service; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service or any product
In no event shall the total liability of Bursana, for any delay, negligence exceeds the cost of goods ordered.

We do not offer any refunds, unless the goods received are damaged, which needs to be brought to our notice within 12 hours of delivery. We instead offer store credit for exchange of the product, of a value equal to the product, or higher than the value of the product purchased. The details are as covered in the Exchange section above.
